Directions from M2:
The Oast House is situated approximately 2.5 miles from the M2 (J5) and 8.5 miles from the M20 (J7).
Directions as follows: From the M2 exit junction 5, at large roundabout take the signs for Maidstone A249, once you’ve left the roundabout leave the A249 almost immediately and turn off via slip-road on left (sign posted Tunstall, Bredgar and Craft Centre) continue on this road for almost 2 miles, you will go through Oad Street village. You will come to a sharp left bend after which take an immediate right into Sutton Baron Road. After about half a mile you will see The Oast on your right, turn into the gravel car park .The journey from M2 junction 5 to The Oast House is approximately 2.5 miles.
If you are coming via M20, exit at junction 7 and take A249 towards Sittingbourne and Sheerness. At the roundabout (after approximately 6 miles of dual carriageway) go all the way round and back onto Maidstone-bound carriageway of A249 and follow directions as above.
If you are traveling by train the nearest station is Sittingbourne, this is situated on the main line from London Victoria. There is a taxi rank outside the station, ask the driver to take you to The Oast House situated on the corner of Wrens Road and Sutton Baron Road in Borden.

Congratulations to 19 By the Bridge Foster Parents and 4 members of staff, 2 Social Workers and 14 Foster Parent from other fostering organisations, who have successfully completed their Certificate in Therapeutic Fostering (credit rated by the University of Greenwich). Congratulations to 2 staff members who have successfully completed a Diploma in Higher Education Social Care and Diploma in Social Work. Good luck to 1 member of staff who is due to complete a Diploma in Social Work in Summer 2008. 10 Members of staff are currently registering to begin their Degree in Social Work, so good luck to them also! |
