Will my pay continue during the move?

Our promise to you is that you will not be financially worse off transferring to By the Bridge and in many cases you will be better off. Our experience is that Foster Parents earn significantly more within their first two years of fostering with us due to our promotion structure.

We offer very competitive pay and allowance, in many cases you will be financially better off moving on to our allowances and benefits.

However, if you are currently receiving a higher level of allowances or enhanced payments from your current agency, we will honour those payment levels.
