This is an exciting opportunity to work with By the Bridge with Cambian; an independent and leading fostering organisation with a unique therapeutic approach, providing high quality foster care for children of all ages and abilities. We were judged ‘Good’in our latest inspection.
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and creative Registered Manager to take the lead on our strategic vision and development of the East Anglia region. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the leadership and management of the teams and offices within the registration, whilst delivering outstanding outcomes for children meeting all required regulatory standards and legislation. You will ensure the highest level of service is provided throughout the registration, delivering continual development and improvement.
You will be a qualified social worker currently registered with the HCPC with demonstrable management experience. You will have experience of dealing with complex, regulated processes and a wide ranging knowledge of fostering and fostering legislation. You will have a robust understanding of the importance of safeguarding children and young people, ensuring that this is kept at the core of your practice.
You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate confidence and leadership, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse group of stakeholders. You will have good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be advantageous but is not essential.
We offer a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience, a company car OR car allowance, pension and private healthcare, life insurance, generous annual leave and a great working environment.
