Pottery penguins for our North West foster children

Foster children in our North West region recently visited a local craft shop to paint individual pottery pieces. The aim of the day was to encourage foster children to make memories, be creative and interact with one another.

Amy Bird, Assistant Social Worker said:

“We had a fun time drinking hot chocolate and painting our individual pottery pieces. Pottery moulds included a car, penguins, a shark, horses, a gnome and dogs. The pottery has now been put into a hot kiln for glazing and will be reunited with its owners after 10 days.”
